Bacon Egg and Cheese Quick Breakfast Casserole

Description

Quick and tasty, and uses very few dishes, which makes my morning a little more happy.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 Oz. Size) Crescent Roll Dough
  • 12  Eggs
  • 1 dash Tabasco Sauce, To Taste
  • ½ cups Oscar Meyer Ready To Serve Real Bacon Bits
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease an 8×8 baking pan. Line the bottom of the pan with half of the crescent roll dough.

In a frying pan, scramble the eggs with the Tabasco sauce. Once cooked, transfer to baking dish on top of the crescent dough. Add bacon bits, and top with cheddar cheese. Place remaining half of the crescent roll dough over the top and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
