Description
A delicious Irish cream cocktail just in time for St. Patrick’s Day!
Ingredients
- ½ whole Ripe Banana
- 2 ounces, fluid Dark Rum (spiced Or Coconut Is OK)
- 2 ounces, fluid Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 4 teaspoons Coconut Milk
- 2 teaspoons Pineapple Juice
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients in a blender or small chopper until smooth and the banana is incorporated. Pour into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Serve in a chilled daiquiri-style glass.
Note: Most recipes call for pina colada mix but since such a small amount is needed, I used the ingredients that go into a mix, which are coconut milk and pineapple juice. If you’re using an actual pre-made mix, the quantity is 1 ounce.
