Need lunch in 5 minutes or less? Skip the boring typical tuna salad, this protein packed Spicy Tuna Salad is a healthy quick lunch with a kick!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 Oz. Size) Solid White Albacore Tuna, Drained
  • ¼ cups 2% Plain Greek Yogurt (or 1/4 Avocado Mashed And 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice)
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 stalks Celery, Chopped
  • ½ cups Shredded Carrots
  • 1 dash Dill
  • 1 dash Black Pepper
  • 1 dash Red Pepper Flakes

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add more mustard and Sriracha to taste.

Consume immediately or store in fridge for 1–2 days.
