Cold Spinach & Parmesan Dip

Description

A super easy and creamy dip that makes the perfect, quick appetizer. Fit to impress!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces, weight Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed And Drained Of Excess Liquid
  • ½ cups Sour Cream
  • 5 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • ½ cups Parmesan Or Pecorino Romano Cheese
  • ¼ cups Scallions, Chopped (1/4 Cup Is About 3 Or 4 Stalks)
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt, Or To Taste

Preparation

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Taste test and adjust salt as needed.

3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving (may be made up to a day in advance).
