Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ¼ cups Pumpkin
  • ½ cups Oatmeal
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Coconut Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Tablespoon Walnuts, Chopped

Preparation

1. Stir together 1/2 cup of almond milk, pumpkin, oatmeal, coconut sugar and pumpkin pie spice.
2. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes.
3. Stir in the remaining 1/4 cup of almond milk until mixed in.
4. Top with walnuts.
