Ingredients
- 15-½ ounces, weight Canned Garbanzo Beans, Drained And Juice Reserved
- 1 clove Garlic, Roughly Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Tahini Paste
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil Plus Extra For Drizzling Over At Serving
- 5 Tablespoons Reserved Garbanzo Bean Juice
- ¼ teaspoons Kosher Salt
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
