Description
A delicious smoked salmon hors d’oeuvres; gluten-free and grain free.
Ingredients
- 10 pieces Smoked Salmon
- 1 Cucumber, Washed And Sliced Into Rounds (cut Each Round In Half; You Need The Same Number Of Halves As Number Of Salmon Slices)
- ½ whole Red Onion, Sliced
- ½ cups Capers, Or As Desired
- 10 Toothpicks, For Assembly
Preparation
1. Lay smoked salmon flat on a clean surface (cutting board, plate).
2. Place 1 piece of sliced and halved cucumber, 3-4 strands sliced red onion and 4-5 capers on one end of the smoked salmon piece.
3. Carefully roll salmon over cucumber/onion/capers and continue to roll up into a little wrap.
4. Secure with toothpick.
5. Repeat until you have as many appetizers as desired.
