Description

A healthy breakfast: peachy cheesecake overnight oats with yogurt and cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cups Oats
  • ⅓ cups Almond Milk (or Soy/regular Milk, Etc.)
  • ¼ cups Plain Low-fat Yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 whole Peach, Chopped Or Sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Flax Seed (optional)

Preparation

Combine oats, milk, yogurt, and cream cheese and mix well. Stir in chopped peach. Sprinkle with flax seeds if desired. Cover and refrigerate overnight. No cooking required! Enjoy for breakfast.

Note: If you want a sweeter bowl of oats, drizzle with maple syrup or add a bit of sugar or stevia.
