Description

This smoothie is packed full of delicious fruit and almonds. It’s creamy, nutritious, easy, and super delish.

Ingredients

  • 6  Strawberries, Fresh Or Frozen
  • ½ cups Blueberries, Fresh Or Frozen
  • 1  Banana, Peeled
  • ¼ cups Almonds
  • 1 Tablespoon Flax Meal Or Oats
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Milk

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to add some ice if you like it cold and slushy. I happened to use frozen fruit, so it was already very cold.

Play with the ingredients. You can supplement any of these ingredients for the fruit of your choice. Make it your own. Enjoy!
