Ingredients
- 80 grams Gluten Free Oats
- 180 grams Dairy Free Natural Yoghurt
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Apples, Peeled, Cored, And Diced
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200ºC (390ºF).
Mix oats, yoghurt, honey, eggs, cinnamon and chopped apple. Divide between individual casserole dishes.
Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy warm.
