Ingredients
- 1-¼ cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 whole Banana, Peeled
- ½ cups Coconut Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Flax Seeds (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ (optional)
Preparation
Put all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend to your desired consistence, pour into a glass and enjoy!
