Just in time for football season—the cold version.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (about 10 Oz. Size) Chicken Breast
  • ½ stalks Celery Finely Chopped
  • 1 whole Scallion, Finely Chopped
  • 1 clove Minced Garlic
  • 8 ounces, weight Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • Hot Sauce Such As Frank’s, To Taste
  • Salt To Taste
  • Crackers, For Serving

Preparation

Combine the chicken, vegetables, garlic, cream cheese, mayo, and as much hot sauce as you’d like gently with a fork. Taste, and add more hot sauce or salt to your preference.

Serve immediately with crackers, or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
