Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Sweet Cream Butter
  • 2 slices Your Favorite Bread
  • 6 slices Deli Sliced Capicola
  • 4 slices Provoline Cheese
  • Sliced Tomatoes (optional)

Preparation

Butter one side of bread slices. Lay on a grill or griddle pan on medium heat, buttered side down. Add capicola and provolone cheese to each slice of bread (this is an open-faced sandwich), tenting foil over both halves to aid in melting cheese. Add tomato slices if desired.

Cut in half and enjoy! Wonderful served with chips and pickles!
