Description
Sweet and savory frosting for a sheet pan cake. We love this on chocolate cake!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3 Tablespoons Pure Molasses
- 3-½ cups Confectioners Sugar
- 5 ounces, weight Real Bacon Bits
Preparation
In a stand mixer using the paddle attachment, add cream cheese and molasses. Mix several minutes to incorporate. Add confectioners sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing until creamy. Fold in bacon bits.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. We love chocolate cake with this frosting! Hope you enjoy.
