Description

Outstanding wrap for one, makes a great lunch option on the go!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Baked Chicken (cubed)
  • 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Honey
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¼ cups Whole Salted Cashews
  • 1 whole 8-inch White Or Wheat Flour Tortilla
  • Condiments Of Your Choice, Such As Arugula, Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado, Cheese

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, add cubed chicken, yogurt, honey, and black pepper. Stir to combine. Add cashews and fold them into the mixture.

Lay your tortilla flat on a clean work surface and add any condiments you like in the center. Add chicken and cashew mixture, fold the side of tortilla inward, and roll up. Cut in half if desired.
