Description
Crunchy granola filled with nuts and pure maple syrup. Add to a bowl of yogurt and fresh berries for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
- 2-½ cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- ½ cups Sweetened Coconut Flakes
- ¼ cups Chopped Walnuts
- ¼ cups Chopped Pecans
- ¼ cups Sliced Almonds
- 1 Tablespoon Flax Seed
- ¼ cups Brown Sugar
- ¼ cups Pure Maple Syrup
- ¼ cups Water
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- ¼ cups Dried Cranberries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300ºF. Spray a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl combine rolled oats, coconut flakes, walnuts, pecans, almonds and flax seed. In a medium bowl combine brown sugar, maple syrup, water and coconut oil. Pour mixture over oat mixture and stir until combined. Spread mixture on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Continue to bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes more. Stir in cranberries. Let cool completely.
