Perfect and flavorful supper for two any night of the week!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Valencia Orange, Zest And Juice
- 1 teaspoon Cracked Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Pure Honey
- 2 whole Boneless And Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Low Sodium Chicken Stock
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
In a small bowl, add orange zest and juice, pepper, and honey. Stir to mix. Brush liberally on both sides of chicken breasts. Transfer everything into a baking dish (I use an 8×8 inch dish) and add chicken stock. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 40 minutes. Shut off oven, remove foil and let chicken rest in residual oven heat a few minutes.
