Peach Millet Pancakes

Description

Light and fluffy whole grain pancakes with fresh peaches. Sweet and delightful!

Ingredients

  • 2  Ripe Peaches
  • 1-¼ cup Millet Flour
  • 1-¼ cup White Whole Wheat Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1-½ Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 cups Buttermilk

Preparation

Cut the peaches into thin slices and halve the slices. Stir together all of the other ingredients until just combined. Fold in the peaches. Cook the pancakes on a hot pancake griddle. Enjoy with more fresh peaches, if you please.

Makes about 10 pancakes.
