Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Coconut Milk
  • 1  Banana
  • 1 cup Dark Cherries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Hemp Hearts
  • 1  Lime (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
