Description
A light, fruity soy milk popsicle, great for summer. So easy and made with fresh ingredients that will quench your thirst on hot days.
Ingredients
- 12 whole Strawberries
- 1 whole Riped Banana
- 16 whole Blackberries
- 1-½ cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
Preparation
Remove stems and halve the strawberries. Add fruit to a blender, then add soy milk and honey. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into popsicle holders. Freeze overnight or until frozen.
After popsicles are frozen, run holders under room temperature water to loosen. Carefully pull popsicles out of the holder.
Makes about 10 popsicles.
