Description
Aperol is a citrus liqueur, both sweet and slightly bitter with a strong taste of grapefruit. Combined with lime and simple syrup, it makes a delicious and refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces, fluid Vodka
- 1 ounce, fluid Aperol
- ½ ounces, fluid Lime Juice
- ½ ounces, fluid Simple Syrup
- Ice Cubes
- Lime, Wedge For Garnish
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes and shake well. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.
