Breakfast quiche.
Ingredients
- 10 Eggs
- 1 pint Cottage Cheese
- 1 pound Monterey Jack Cheese
- 8 ounces, weight Diced, Peeled, Chopped Green Chilis
- ½ cups Flour
- ½ cups Melted Butter
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoons Salt
Preparation
Beat eggs till fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients. It’s that easy!
Bake at 350ºF for 35-40 minutes.
