Description

If you’re an avocado fan, you’ll love this dip! Perfect with fresh cut veggies or healthy crackers. Great for a party as an appetizer and made in 5 minutes in a blender! Can’t beat that, right?

Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cannelini Beans, Drained, Rinsed
  • 1  Small Avocado, Seeded, Peeled, Chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • ½ cups Packed Fresh Basil
  • ⅓ cups Fresh Parsley
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

Place beans, avocado, lemon juice, basil, and parsley into a food processor or blender and blend until just smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency.

Makes 2 cups. Keep refrigerated.
