If you’re an avocado fan, you’ll love this dip! Perfect with fresh cut veggies or healthy crackers. Great for a party as an appetizer and made in 5 minutes in a blender! Can’t beat that, right?
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Cannelini Beans, Drained, Rinsed
- 1 Small Avocado, Seeded, Peeled, Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ½ cups Packed Fresh Basil
- ⅓ cups Fresh Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic, Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
Place beans, avocado, lemon juice, basil, and parsley into a food processor or blender and blend until just smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until desired consistency.
Makes 2 cups. Keep refrigerated.
