Description
Buttery cookies filled with nutrient-rich black sesame seeds.
Ingredients
- 1 stick Salted Butter, Preferably European-style
- ¼ cups Sugar
- 1 Egg, Beaten
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Black Sesame Seeds
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add in beaten egg and mix well. Stir in vanilla and salt. Pour in flour and combine. Mix in black sesame seeds.
Using a 1-inch scoop, scoop dough onto cookie sheet and flatten with the back of a spoon. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
