Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken Pieces
  • 1 piece (1-inch Size) Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ cups Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cups Lemon Juice
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 2  Green Onion
  • 1  Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2  Green Chilies
  • ¼ cups Olive Oil

Preparation

Put all ingredients (except chicken) into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning.

Pour over chicken in a bowl and mix well. Marinate 3 hours or overnight.

When ready to cook, heat oven to 350ºC.

Spread chicken on a baking tray. Place in the oven to cook for 35 minutes or until chicken is done, turning chicken halfway through cooking.

Once done, take out of oven and serve with rice or a side of your choice.
