Description

These sweet and crunchy peanuts are a good idea for a last minute snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Raw Peanuts (shells Removed)
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

Preparation

Grab a medium sized rimmed baking sheet. Set aside.

Over a medium heat, heat all the ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook (and don’t stir) until the mixture starts to thicken. Then, start to stir until it gets completely dry and the liquid is absorbed into the peanuts. Remove pan from heat.

Spread the peanuts over the baking sheet while they are still hot. Please, be careful. Let them cool for an hour.
