Nachos for breakfast, baby!!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 5 whole Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Heavy Cream (optional)
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1-½ cup Baked Tortilla Chips
  • ½ cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Any Desired Toppings: Chopped Tomatoes, Chopped Avocados, Chopped Cilantro, Salsa, Olives, Sour Cream, Cooked Sausage, Etc.

Preparation

Preheat a nonstick oven-safe skillet over medium low heat. Melt butter in the pan. Crack eggs into a small bowl and whisk with salt, pepper and cream (optional). Pour into the hot pan and stir constantly until eggs scramble and are cooked to your liking. Remove eggs from pan. Wipe pan out with a paper towel. Preheat your oven’s broiler. Spread tortilla chips on the bottom of the skillet in an even layer. Top with scrambled eggs and cheese. Place under the broiler until cheese is completely melted. Remove. Top with any desired toppings and serve.
