Description

Creamy, cold, sweet, nutty, and easy dessert for two on a warm night.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces, weight Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 cups Cold Milk, Or As Specified In Pudding Instructions
  • 1 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • Drizzle With Chocolate Syrup (I Use Hershey’s Brand, Any Will Work)

Preparation

Note: Prep time does not include 1 hour refrigeration time.

In a mixing bowl, prepare vanilla instant pudding with milk, according to package instructions. Add crunchy peanut butter and mix to combine. Divide evenly among dessert cups or Mason jars and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

When ready to serve, drizzle with chocolate syrup. Absolutely delicious! It’s a favorite in my household.
