Description
This is a great breakfast drink, full of probiotics. If you don’t have kefir, you can substitute plain yogurt. It is my favorite smoothie of all time!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Ripe Banana
- 2 Tablespoons Honey, Preferably Raw
- 1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ cups Kefir Or Plain Yogurt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
