Description
A healthy, high-protein snack with Greek yogurt, fresh pineapple, toasted coconut, honey and chia!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Low Fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons Plus 1 Teaspoon Raw Honey, Divided (Or Substitute Two Individual Serving Size Packets Of Stevia)
- 4 teaspoons Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Fresh Pineapple, Diced
- ½ cups Toasted Coconut Flakes Unsweetened
Preparation
In a bowl mix the yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey or stevia and 3 teaspoons of chia seeds, set aside
In two glasses layer a few tablespoons of the pineapple, a little of the coconut flakes and some of the yogurt mixture. Repeat for as many layers as you want ending with pineapple and coconut on top.
Sprinkle the remaining teaspoon of chia seeds on the top of the parfaits and drizzle the remaining 1 teaspoon of honey over the top. Serve immediately.
