Out of this world 5-minute Mediterranean Hummus: chickpeas, olives, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, feta, lemon juice and olive oil—what’s not to love!
Ingredients
- ½ cans (15 Oz. Size) Chick Peas, Drained And Rinsed
- 10 whole Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 3 pieces Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ Lemon, Juiced
Preparation
Put all the ingredients together in a food processor, put the lid on and blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
Scoop it out into a bowl and serve with fresh bread, crackers or veggies.
