Description

Make the bacon ahead of time and this is almost quicker than throwing together a bowl of cereal in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Whole Wheat English Muffin
  • Spray Butter
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • 1 whole Large Egg White
  • 1 slice Turkey Bacon, Cooked And Cut In Half
  • 1 slice Cheddar Cheese, Low-fat

Preparation

Toast muffin and spray with butter.

Spray a small microwaveable bowl with olive oil spray. Pour egg white into bowl and microwave for 25 seconds. (If needed, microwave for another 15 seconds.)

Place egg on muffin and top with bacon and cheese.
