Description
Peanut butter, white chocolate chip energy bites packed with oats and wheat germ.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- ⅔ cups Coconut Flakes
- ½ cups Chunky Peanut Butter
- ½ cups Wheat Germ
- ½ cups White Chocolate Chips
- ⅓ cups Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Roll into 1-2″ balls and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
