Description
A creamy black bean and avocado hummus, with a little added kick from fresh jalapenos and lime.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 whole Medium Avocado, Pitted And Peeled
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Stem And Seeds Removed
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Combine the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
Serve with chips or fresh vegetables, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
