Dazzle your guests with this simple, tangy dip!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, weight Roquefort Cheese, Crumbled
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened To Room Temperature
- 2 Tablespoons Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Milk, Plus More If Too Thick
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together until incorporated. (Dip will be lumpy because of the gorgeous pieces of Roquefort cheese.)
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Serve with fresh veggies, or it’s divine with sliced pears and apples too!
