Description
This oatmeal is loaded with carrots, raisins, coconut, walnuts and cinnamon to taste like the classic cake we all know and love.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Oats
- ½ cups Water
- ¼ cups Skim Milk
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ cups Carrots, Shredded
- 2 Tablespoons Walnuts, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Raisins
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Coconut
- 1 Tablespoon Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 package (1 Oz. Packet) Splenda, Or To Taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 1/2-2 minutes or until thickened. Enjoy!
