Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Cooked White Beans, Drained Very Well
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced Or Crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Or Granulated Onion
  • 1 pinch Dried Oregano
  • 1 pinch Sweet Paprika
  • 1 whole Ripe Hass Avocado
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Or Lime Juice
  • ¼ cups Diced Red Onion
  • ½ teaspoons Salt, Or To Taste
  • ½ cups Finely Diced Fresh Tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Cilantro Or Parsley

Preparation

Drain beans well and place in food processor along with garlic and seasonings. Process until smooth.

Peel avocado and remove pit. Add avocado and lime or lemon juice to beans. Process until smooth.

Stir in diced onion. Add salt to taste.

Transfer to a serving bowl and top with diced tomatoes and cilantro or parsley.

Serve with tortillas or baked tortilla chips.
