  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Softened
  • ½ cups Powdered Sugar

  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 cups Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers (or Chocolate Chips)

1. Line two 24-count mini muffin pans with paper liners. Set aside.
2. In a medium bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, microwave chocolate wafers/chips in 30 second intervals, stirring in between so it doesn’t burn. When smooth, remove from microwave.
