Description
Dense, fudgy brownies drizzled with gourmet caramel and sea salt flakes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, At Room Temperature
- ½ cups White Sugar
- ½ cups Light Brown Sugar
- ½ cups All-purpose Flour
- ¼ teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 whole Eggs
- ½ cups Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Gourmet Caramel, Melted
- 9 pinches Maldon Sea Salt Flakes, Or Coarse Sea Salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300ºF and grease a 9×9 baking dish with butter and flour, or spray with nonstick spray.
Melt milk chocolate, butter and sugars over medium low temperature until smooth, stirring constantly, remove from heat.
To a stand mixer on low, add flour, baking powder and salt until thoroughly combined. Add vanilla, eggs, one at a time, and chocolate chips. Stir on low for 30 seconds.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until top is brown and middle is done. When brownies are out of the oven and stll warm, drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with salt flakes.
