Description
This hummus combines two of the best flavors into one tasty snack or spread. It will leave you feeling fresh and wholesome!
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas, Drained
- ¼ cups Tahini
- ¼ cups Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, Peeled
- 1 piece Fresh Ginger (1 Inch Size), Peeled
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinaigrette
- ½ teaspoons Ground Cumin
- ¼ cups Cilantro
- 2 whole Scallions, Rough Chopped
- 1 whole Plum Tomato, Quartered
Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Put the lid on and pulse until it becomes smooth. Easy!
Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy with veggies, crackers or even as a spread. This recipe makes about 2 cups worth.
