Description
Healthy, filling baked oatmeal, full of fresh strawberries and topped with bananas and cinnamon and sugar. A fun alternative to traditional oatmeal.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cups Old-fashion Rolled Oats
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 whole Egg White
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ cups Non-fat Milk
- ¼ cups Fresh Strawberries, Diced
- 5 slices Banana
- 1 dash Cinnamon Sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a small bowl add oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, egg white, vanilla extract and stir. Add milk and strawberries, stir again.
Place mixture into a 8- or 10-ounce oven safe dish (I used a 10-ounce ramekin). Top with bananas and cinnamon sugar. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until firm.
