So healthy, super easy, and ready in 5 minutes. The perfect dip for veggies, crackers, used as a spread for sandwiches, or even as a sauce for pizza!
Ingredients
- 1 can 14 Oz Can, White Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ¼ cups Green Onions, Chopped
- ½ cups Baby Spinach
- ¼ cups Fresh Basil
- ¼ cups Pine Nuts, Plus More For Sprinkling On Top If Desired
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil Plus Extra For Drizzling Over The Finished Hummus
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- ½ teaspoons Sea Salt
Preparation
In a food processor add beans, garlic, green onions, spinach, basil and pine nuts. Give it a good pulse, and add in olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pulse until completely smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings or olive oil if needed.
Place in a bowl and drizzle with a tad more olive oil and pine nuts. Serve with whole wheat pita chips, crackers, or use as a spread with sandwiches!
