A wonderful dip that’s packed full of veggies. Perfect for a sping party!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Spinach, Defrosted And Squeezed Dry Of Excess Liquid
- 8 ounces, weight Canned Water Chestnuts, Chopped
- 1 envelope (about 1 Oz. Packet) Vegetable Dip Mix
- 1 loaf (Round Loaf) Hawaiian Bread
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except bread and set in fridge. Hollow out bread when ready to serve and fill with spinach mixture.
Note: The longer the dip sits in the fridge the better it gets, so if you can, make it the night before.
