Description
If you like banana bread, chocolate chip or oatmeal cookies, you’ll want this for breakfast. And if you don’t like any of those, we can’t be friends.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Spelt Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Whey Protein Powder (optional)
- ¼ teaspoons Baking Powder
- ⅛ teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Cacao Nibs
- ½ whole Small Banana, Mashed
- ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Liquid Egg Whites
- 1-½ Tablespoon Milk
- ½ Tablespoons Maple Syrup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F and grease an oven-safe ramekin.
Combine dry ingredients (oats through cacao nibs in a small bowl). Set aside.
Combine remaining wet ingredients in another small bowl and mash/whisk together. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until combined. Pour batter into the ramekin and bake for about 20 minutes until fully cooked.
Note:
If you don’t use the protein powder start with 1 tablespoon milk and only add more if the batter is too dry.
