Ingredients

  • 10  Eggs
  • 7 ounces, weight Canned Tuna, Drained
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Black Pepper
  • 1 bunch Dill, Shredded

Preparation

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the eggs and boil for 10 minutes but no longer. Remove the eggs from the water using a slotted spoon and put them into a bowl of ice. Let the eggs cool then remove the shells and cut each egg in half lengthwise. Carefully take out the yolks and smash them in a bowl adding the tuna and mayonnaise. Mix the ingredients until you have a smooth mash. Season with salt and pepper. The yolk/tuna stuff is ready.

Now fill every egg half with the stuffing, place on a large plate and sprinkle with dill greens.
