Junipered Orange Slow Cooker Chicken: a simple recipe that’s perfect in tacos!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, fluid Orange Jam Or Marmalade (I Used Modern Gingham Junipered Orange)
- ¼ cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 3 Boneless And Skinless Chicken Breasts
Preparation
To a slow cooker, add jam, water and soy sauce. Whisk to combine and add chicken. Cook on low heat for 6–8 hours or on high heat for 2–4 hours or until chicken starts to fall apart. Stir and keep warm until you are ready to serve.
Best served on warm corn tortillas with fresh cilantro and sliced green onions.
