Description
My all-time favorite smoothie. It is recommended that you use a Vitamix or other high-powered blender because of the almonds.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Almonds, Soaked Overnight Covered On Counter
- ½ cups Frozen Wild Blueberries
- 1 cup Water
- ½ Tablespoons Tahini Paste
- 1 whole Frozen Banana, Chopped Into Chunks
- 1 teaspoon Real Maple Syrup, Optional
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a high-power blender and blend on high for a minute or two until smooth. Drink up and repeat every other day or so because it’s all you think about.
