Description

Peanut butter and jelly baked oatmeal, ready in 5 minutes. Full of protein and oats, for a great start to the day!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Splenda Or Sugar
  • ¼ cups Almond Milk (or Skim Milk)
  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cups Applesauce
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons Jelly (Flavor Of Your Choice), Divided

Preparation

Combine oats, salt, and Splenda. Stir in milk, peanut butter, applesauce, and vanilla. Put in a sprayed microwave safe bowl. Stir in 1 tablespoon of jelly. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove and top with additional jelly.
