Preparation
Heat butter in a small pan over medium heat.
Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Pour eggs on the pan. Let the eggs set a little and then start scrambling during a few minutes, depending on how runny you like your eggs.
Serve with smoked salmon on the top.
