Description

This makes a pan full of chunky squares of Jello.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages (1/4 Oz. Packet) Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 1-½ cup Flavored Jello Powder (4 Boxes About 3 Oz. Each)
  • ½ cups Sugar Or Flavored Drink Powder
  • 3 cups Boiling Water
  • ¼ cups Lemon Juice
  • 2-½ cups Cold Ice Water

Preparation

Dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup cold water. Stir for 1 minute. Set aside.

Put the flavored Jello powder and sugar into a large bowl. Mix the boiling water into the flavored Jello powder and stir 1 minute. Add the cold gelatin mixture to the hot mixture and stir. Add lemon juice and 2 1/2 cups ice water and stir for 1 minute. Pour into a 9×13 pan that you’ve sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Cut into squares, cubes or your desired shapes to serve.
